המלצות על טיול בנפאל

ממליץ בחום על הסוכנות ועל אמול  

אורית שלום, ראשית הייתי מציין לשבח את הגישה המאוד שירותית של אמול ושל הצוות במשרד, הם בהחלט דאגו ועשו את מירב המאמצים על מנת לכוון ולפגוע לדרישות ולציפיות שלי. היית לי תחושה שיש מי שדואג לי ושאני בידיים טובות תוך כדי התחשבות בעלות תועלת של כסף מול תמורה ... זה חשוב לי מאוד בטיולים שכאלה. אחת העצות שנתנו לי לכל אורך הדרך היא שלא כדאי לי לנהוג בעצמי, בהתחלה התמרמרתי אבל הסתבר בדיעבד שזו אחת העצות הכי נכונות בנאפאל, לדעתי הנהיגה שם היא פרועה ומאוד מאוד מסוכנת ולכן שמחתי ששמעתי בקולם ולא נהגתי. כל הסיורים והאטרציות היו בהחלט ראויים ובוצעו בצורה טובה נעימה ומתוכננת על ידי אמון וצוותו. חייב לציין את הנהג המקצועי שהיה איתנו, באדרי, בחור שקט נחמד ובעיקר בהחלט הייתי מגדירו נהג מקצועי ששמר על שלווה לכל אורך הדרך והעביר אותנו בבטחה בדרכים מסוכנות לכל אורך הטיול. הרכב גם הוא היה בסדר גמור. 

לסיכום הייתי ממליץ בחום על הסוכנות ועל אמול וניתן להפנות אליי לקוחות כדי לשמוע פרטים נוספים.

היה לנו טיול נהדר, מרגש ומרחיב לב. אמול היה יוצא מן הכלל 

שלום אורית, בעצם חזרנו כבר לפני שלושה שבועות ונזכרתי שלא כתבתי לך. ומצד שני סיפרתי על האתר שלך ועליך לכל כך הרבה אנשים.. 

היה לנו טיול נהדר, מרגש ומרחיב לב. אמול היה יוצא מן הכלל. דאג לנו כמו גננת. ברגישות, מקצועיות, ידענות ובהמון חום. גם הנהגים, הפורטר המעולה שהתלווה אלינו והצוותים בבתי המלון עשו מעל ומעבר עבורנו. בדיעבד, גם המסלול שהצעת (ואימצנו כמעט במלואו) היה קליעת בול. המון המון תודה.

Gratitude and admiration to the service

Dear Amul, Now, when Frieda and I are on our way out of Kathmandu, we would like to express our gratitude and admiration to the service that you and Harvestmoon provided to us. From the first contact you were always reposeful and attentive to our needs. The suggested initial itinerary was an excellent basis to the final plan we worked with you: a well-balanced combination of cultural sites and religious stupas in Kathmandu and Pokhara, sightseeing nature and wildlife in Chitwan (with an unforgettable sighting of a Rhino strolling on the main street), activities like rafting and Zipline, the four days of trekking (challenging and demanding but wonderful views with the awesome sunrise on the Anapurna ridge seen from Poon Hill) and also a day of rest after the effort. Most important was your willingness to build-in flexibilities which proved very important, as what we understood and planned from afar sometimes looked and felt differently on site. Your ability to adjust the schedule and make changes with no fuss at all (sometimes on your initiative) in a short, and sometimes in real time was admirable. We appreciate the effort (and head ache) you invested in re-booking hotels and activities. We know it is not simple. Your personal attention to our needs throughout the trip and looking after us like a nanny, especially during the trekking (Frieda says “God bless the horses”) is not something we often see in our numerous travels. Last but not least: The fact that we returned safely to the airport after covering quite a mileage, being driven by you and the drivers you hired, is not a matter of fact. The combination of the condition of the Nepali roads(?) with the (nonexistent) “rules of engagement” of the Nepali kamikaze-drivers (no disrespect intended. Just a statement of fact), makes our safe return a real achievement. Thank you for that. In summary: Many, many, many thanks. The trip was great and will be always remembered. We would gladly recommend you to our friends and any other travelers that will be referred to us. With best Regards, be well and hope will meet sometime again,
